Pirates! :)
Hi all,
Just wanted to share some pictures taken from my 7-day vacation on the sailing ship Dyrafjeld, through the fjords around Bergen. Some kind of journal can be found here (and then go to the next pictures). I actually kept a journal in a small notepad.
Even if it was raining a lot, I enjoyed the trip very much. We had some sunny days also. The organizers of these voyages seem to be cool people, and I am thinking of joining again next summer. It wasn't too expensive. Any fellow pirates want to join as well next year? :)

P.S. The trip is called Ekte Pirat, which means genuine (or real) pirates. So that's why I was wearing the pirate disguise. :)

This looks like real great fun!!! You look very funny in this outfit - hehehe! The pics are really nice, recalled last year's trip around Norway, impressive! As about the rain, in Bergen it rains 250days a year so ...no comment Sir!

Alex, cool pictures, I bet it was a great experience, as Zoli and Faro mentioned too. As about bad weather, be happy that you didn't have to bear the temperatures above 40 degrees in ro and around. I've been home for a week and I must say that I was looking forward to come back to rainy Amsterdam.
